Turning 40 has taught me that the real glow doesn’t come from one product, one treatment, or one trend. It comes from consistency, balance, and choosing habits that support you from the inside out.

Here are a few things I actually do:


Skincare that fits my skin

(retinol, pigment inhibitors, peptides, barrier support + SPF)
