This Glow-from-Within Bone Broth Soup is one of my favorite rituals during acne-clearing journeys, post-treatment healing, or simply when my body craves warmth and balance.
✨ Ingredients
- 1 tsp olive or avocado oil
- ½ small yellow onion (or green onions for a lighter flavor)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated
- 2 small carrots, thinly sliced
- 3–4 cups bone broth
- Rice noodles
- Handful of spinach
- 1–2 tsp coconut aminos
- Sea salt, pepper, squeeze of lime
- Optional: chili flakes, sesame oil, herbs, soft-boiled egg
🌸 Directions
- Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
- Add broth and carrots; simmer 10 minutes.
- Add noodles and spinach; cook until tender.
- Season with coconut aminos, lime, and sesame oil.
